About Living Wishes
Living Wishes is a campaign developed to communicate the importance of Advance Care Planning (ACP) to adults aged 35 to 59 and equip them with the skills to start ACP conversations with their parents. By encouraging reflections on one’s relationships, Living Wishes hopes to remind us about the importance of our parents and urge us to find out the unspoken wishes of our loved ones.

Meet Our Team
Living Wishes is a campaign run by four undergraduate students from Nanyang Technological University’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information as a Final Year Project to raise awareness on ACP and encourage families to discuss their wishes and mortality with each other.
The Living Wishes campaign has ended as of 17th March 2022. Feel free to join in the conversation at our Facebook Page or watch our videos on our YouTube Channel.
